To start, I will document your anthropometry, social and medical history, conduct a food recall, and take note of any personalisation requirements for a nutritional strategy e.g food likes, dislikes, intolerances, allergies. Most importantly, we will identify your nutrition goals.
Then, I will use the data to identify problem areas that we will work on together. Your nutrition diagnosis may or may not align with your nutrition goals. If there are any other diagnosis that you weren't aware of before the consult (e.g insufficient calcium intake) then I'll let you know, in case you want to add it into your nurtrition goals.
